Staff Profile

We are governed by professionally qualified and dedicated team of trustees who all bring different qualities and experience to the organisation.

YPM has two part time managers who job share which means the centre can be open during the day every day. A total of five youth workers (session workers) run the entire drop in sessions and workshops. Workings alongside the staff are between ten and fifteen trained young volunteers.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sean Brown (Chairperson) – Sean is YPM’s Chairperson, he has been the chair for over 17 years. Before this, Sean spent 6 years in the Royal Navy and 28 years in the Fire Service as a Group Commander. Sean has various small business around the local area. Sean enjoys keeping fit including boxing and regular sessions at the gym.

Liam Siddons (Vice Chair) – Liam was once a member of our team working as a youth worker. Liam is currently a Crew Commander at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service and enjoys working within the community.

Natalie McCullough (Secretary) –  Natalie spent the majority of her teenage years at YPM as a member of the youth council. She is now a qualified youth worker for Cambridgeshire County Council. Natalie helps with updates in youth provision and keeping us informed of any changes to help with young people’s issues.

Laura Kelly (Treasurer) –  After serving many years as a Youth Worker at YPM. Laura left as a youth worker to start a new career. YPM was fortunate enough that Laura decided she could dedicate some time to be a Trustee and sit on the board of directors.

Alison Woods (Treasurer) – Alison has recently changed her occupation from working in Cambridgeshire county council libraries to being Clay farm community centre manager. Alison has been involved for many years and has helped to transfer new skills.
